About El Mero Farm
El Mero Farm is a small, veteran-owned family farm located on the Cumberland Plateau in Tennessee. Our family farm is a direct to consumer business that produces exceptional quality meat and breeding stock. The goal of El Mero Farm is to nurture the symbiotic relationship between healthy soil and pasture to produce agricultural products that are superior in taste and nutritional value.
Our Mission
El Mero Farm seeks to provide the highest-quality agricultural products by employing regenerative agriculture methods to improve soil quality and maximize nutritional value.
Regenerative Farming
We realize that everything we put into the soil eventually ends up on our plate! We are constantly seeking ways to improve and build our soil health through regenerative practices such as: composting, cover cropping, and the use of natural fertilizers, just to name a few. Instead of relying on synthetic inputs, we seek to foster the natural, symbiotic relationship between quality vegetation/forage and healthy livestock.
